Crew Services FAQ’s
How can I find out your charges?
Please contact us on 0333 123 4401 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily send over our charge sheet.
What is your minimum call?
Our minimum call is 3 hours.
This is dependent upon the job location and timing of the call.
Do You Provide Your Own Tools?
YES! All crew are technical professionals who arrive with personal tools. At the very minimum this will be an adjustable spanner and Quad/Podger.
Do the crew wear identifiable clothing?
Yes, we provide our crew with branded Pirate Crew t-shirts so you will always know who is booked on our crew for your job.
Do you provide your own PPE?
Yes, we have our own stock of PPE, and all crew will arrive on site with Safety Boots, Hi-Viz and Hard Hats as standard. Should you require us to provide specific items for our crew please just let us know when you are booking.
If I book crew for a number of shifts can I request the same people?
Yes, when booking a number of shifts for the same show we will try where possible to supply the same crew to keep the consistency for you. However, this is not always possible due to our crew’s self-employed nature. The more notice we get the more likely we can book the same crew.
How will I be invoiced for the job?
Invoices will be produced on a weekly basis.
